Well, when I was in a full-blown manic state, I saw an "adult" coloring book in Urban Outfitters and thought "why not?" I loved doing little art projects with ArtHeels in the UNC hospital in the pediatric waiting room... so... why not buy a pack of coloring pencils and a nice coloring book? [...]
